Crafted in the Valley of Jalisco

Our tequila is meticulously produced in the Valley region of Jalisco, Mexico's most prestigious tequila-producing territory. Here, experienced maestros tequileros combine ancient traditional distillation methods with modern precision to create a spirit that satisfies the most discerning palates.

Under the expert guidance of Master Tequilero Jesús Correa, a fifth-generation distiller, every bottle embodies generations of Mexican craftsmanship and our rebellious Irish innovation.

The Cinco Patricio's Production Process

Harvesting Excellence Our journey begins with 100% blue agave plants, carefully cultivated for 6-7 years in the volcanic soils of Jalisco. Expert jimadores harvest each agave at peak maturity, preparing the piñas for our meticulous cooking process.

Precision Cooking Agave piñas are cut in half and cooked under high pressure for 10-11 hours in autoclaves, unlocking the complex sugars that define our tequila's distinctive character.

Traditional Extraction The cooked agave is processed through roller mills to extract the precious mosto—the agave juice that becomes the foundation of our premium spirit.

Artisanal Fermentation Our mosto undergoes up to 48 hours of fermentation in 10,000-liter stainless steel tanks, transforming natural agave sugars into alcohol through open-air fermentation without fibers.

Double Distillation Mastery Under the careful supervision of Master Tequilero Jesús Correa, our spirit undergoes double distillation in stainless steel stills, separating and preserving only the finest quality alcohol for our Blanco tequila.

Irish Coastal Influence Our final distinction comes from a subtle infusion of Galway Bay seaweed—a botanical enhancement that adds a unique salinity, lifting the agave's natural flavors while honoring our Irish heritage.
